We are delighted to bring to you a truly memorable and unique event for all the family in Lancaster.
The Lockdown Cinema Club has been designed with social distancing in mind, creating a fully safe environment for you to enjoy in the comfort and safety of your own vehicle.
We have been working with the responsible authorities and have conducted a ‘Covid-Safe’ Risk Assessment following all available best practices and guidelines.
Covid-19, also referred to as Coronavirus, has dominated life for everyone over the past several months. As responsible event organisers and health and safety professionals we have kept fully abreast of the evolving situation, the new legal position for events and the best advice and guidance from UK Health and Safety Executive, UK Government and Institute of Environmental Health as well as international best practises.
It is important that you help us to help you keep everyone safe by following these simple rules:
Buy your tickets online in advance of the show day.
Do not attend the event if you are showing symptoms of Covid-19.
Arrive at the event from 1 hour up to 30 minutes before the film start time. Please have your ticket QR code ready to scan upon arrival.
Follow the instructions of event staff at all times, we are there to help keep you and everyone else safe.
You will be given the FM frequency code on arrival, please tune in your radio and listen to the pre film messages.
Food and Drinks can be ordered to your vehicle via our ordering service. Details be to announced!
Cash will not be accepted at the event. All payments must be made by card or via the app.
Wash your hands before you arrive, after using the toilets and when you return home. Please bring your own sanitiser for use in your vehicle.
Please stay in your vehicle at all times during the event.
For any assistance during the event, please contact our emergency support line.
Toilets are available for emergency use only. Please keep 2m separation from any other guests at all times.
The following individuals MUST NOT ATTEND the event;
Any individual displaying the symptoms of Covid-19 (New persistent cough, High temperature, Loss of taste or smell)
Any individual who is self-isolating either due to displaying symptoms as above for 7 days, or any member of their household who is self-isolating for 14 days.
Any individual who has been instructed by the relevant contact tracing authority to isolate.
We ADVISE the following individuals NOT TO ATTEND the event;
Any individual who has been informed that they are extremely clinically vulnerable and that they should be shielding.
Individuals who live in the same household as an individual who is extremely clinically vulnerable.
