The purchasing of a ticket and any person in attendance at the Drive in Movie event acknowledges acceptance to all terms and conditions described here.

Lockdown Cinema Club reserves the right to refuse admission to the venue and shall operate security searches to ensure the safety of all visitors.

We reserve the right to request visitors to leave the venue at any time.

Lockdown Cinema Club shall be entitled to remove anyone from the venue who is under the influence of drugs or intoxicated with alcohol or who, in the reasonable opinion of Lockdown Cinema Club, is conducting themselves in a manner inappropriate to their continued attendance.

Drivers must follow the instructions of event stewards at all times and adhere to a maximum speed of 5mph (walking speed).

Car parking spaces within the Drive in Movie venue are given on a first come first served basis and cannot be reserved.

Oversized vehicles will be required to park at the rear or sides of the venue, in order to prevent oversized vehicles obscuring the view for other attendees.

Lockdown Cinema Club or any staff will not be liable or held responsible for any cars or vehicles, that are damaged or have goods or items taken or stolen from them whilst at the venue.

If a customer wishes to leave early, during the screening of a film they are to alert cinema staff first and wait to be guided out by them from the venue.

Use of vehicle horns is prohibited whilst at the venue, unless used for safety reasons.

Only food & drink that has been purchased on site via the online ordering system can be consumed on site within your vehicle.

Lockdown Cinema Club reserves the right to close the venue and access at short notice and without prior warning if necessary and the Lockdown Cinema Club decision is final.

By entering the venue visitors consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors of the drive-in movie, and consent to such photographs, films or recordings being used by Lockdown Cinema Club to publicise the event in the future.

Lockdown Cinema Club reserve the right to amend any offers, prices or terms at any time.


All tickets are sold online by Lockdown Cinema Club for the relevant, dated performance. In buying tickets through the website, the customer accepts these terms and conditions once valid payment is processed. The customer’s booking confirmation email is the ticket they must show (printed or via mobile phone) for entry to the venue.

Admission to the Lockdown Cinema Club is by pre-booked ticket only.

All tickets are issued subject to the rules and regulations of the venue.

Tickets are priced per film and for one vehicle only.

Each tickets is valid for one vehicle. A vehicle can have as many passengers as there are seats, however please be aware that there is restricted viewing for people in the rear of a vehicle.

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18 in the interests of safety and duty of care.

Ticket purchasers are primarily responsible for checking the age restrictions for any film and ensuring that all their group are above the age requirement of the film. Any group found to be under the required age will be asked to leave the venue. Photographic valid ID will be required for anyone looking under the age of 18 at 18 classified films.

Tickets cannot be resold, exchanged, refunded or transferred. To do so or to alter or deface any ticket will render it void. It is the patron's responsibility to check their tickets, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

Lockdown Cinema Club will not be responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.

The ticket holder has a right only to the film and times corresponding to that stated on the ticket and when the film ends leave the venue in an orderly manner. Event stewards will direct traffic from the venue.

Gates open 1 hour before the scheduled film start time. Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your film start time, arrival after this time doesn't guarantee entry to the event.


In the event any film, or event day being cancelled or curtailed, ticket holders will be offered an alternative film and date (subject to availability).

This is an outdoor event and no refunds or exchanges will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the event health and safety manager deems it necessary to close the venue, alternative films will the offered, subject to availability.

If you have been removed from the venue for inappropriate behaviour, you will not be offered a refund and will not be offered an alternative session.

Lockdown Cinema Club accepts no responsibility for any personal property left at the venue. Any lost items will be retained for 2 weeks and can be claimed by emailing or messaging us with a description of the item(s).


Food & Drink – There will be a selection of cinema food, drink and snacks including; hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, soft drinks and hot drinks and alcohol. This will be sold via our website and delivered to your vehicle.

Please note that all food sales on screening nights are by online CARD payment only.

Attendees are also asked to take all their waste home and dispose of it responsibly.

Toilets – There will be a dedicated block of individual cubicle toilets onsite, which will be checked regularly by stewards. The toilet block has flushing toilets, hand basin and hand sanitizer. We advise that all customers use the hand sanitizer before and after visiting the toilets.

Disabled Access – The event site is a level field which is accessible for disabled patrons. There are stewards on hand throughout each screening to help guide customers to toilets, if required.

First Aid – All managers at the event are fully trained First Aiders will be present throughout each screening.

Weather Conditions – This event can operate in all weather conditions providing the safety of movie goers and staff is met. The screen is rigid and load rated strong construction to enable screenings to take place in both wet and windy weather.

Event Cancellation – In the event of cancellation, for any reason, the following procedure will be followed;

• Cancellation notices to be placed on our website, Facebook pages – if a very late cancellation is necessary this will take place as soon as a decision to cancel has been made.

• An email will be sent to all customers who have booked online for that days screening

• Staff to be positioned at the Main Entrance Gate to inform customers of cancellation in case they have not seen or received the notifications

• Lockdown Cinema Club reserves the right to cancel or substitute film screenings due to low ticket sales, up to 7 days in advance of the screening date, any customers included in this situation will be informed separately and offered a refund or re-booking to another film.

Technical Faults – If there is a loss of power, video screen or audio output, the event technical staff will endeavor to resolve the issue ASAP. If the movie is interrupted it will be restarted from the point it stopped. If it not be possible to resume the movie due to technical faults beyond our control the screening may be cancelled without refund.

Emergency Procedure – Any member of staff becoming aware of a potential incident or situation will advise the Event Coordinator (s) on site as soon as possible. If there is a potential threat or danger all activities will cease and an announcement made. If evacuation is required, the Event Coordinator (s) will liaise with emergency services and determine the appropriate course of action. All staff will assist where necessary.
